Submitting
Your Proposal Online
We
are using the open-source Open Conference Systems (OCS) conference
management
software,
developed by Simon
Frasier University’s Public Knowledge Project, for SLRF
2008. It handles not only online proposal submissions and review
but also conference registration and other matters.
Now that you have prepared your abstract file as specified on the
previous page, you are ready to submit your proposal online. Please
follow these two key steps:
STEP
1: OCS
is a complex, powerful system but can be a little confusing for
the first-time user. As such, we have created this handy
submission guide with
step-by-step instructions (PDF document) to
take you through the entire process. It is HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED that you either
read it in advance or print out a copy to refer to as you go through
OCS. It will make things much easier!
